Round is fitted with a special profile that enables very small curvature radii, so that simulator users or museum visitors can be enveloped and transported into a simulated reality of great visual and emotional impact.

Thanks to our wide range of sizes – 2 m to 20 m in diameter, 30° to 360° angle – Round can be customised to meet specific Customer requirements. Round features a 108x32mm frame profile completely wrapped in projection fabric in such a way that the viewer’s attention is not distracted, and the projected image is linear and clean.

A crucial aspect in this particular application is the tensioning of the projection surface, ensured via our special spring system. The screen includes a kit of pedestals for temporary suspended installation, and brackets for definitive floor anchoring.

Upon request we supply a lower black top for the fabric to continue to floor-length.

Iron rods are inserted into dedicated hems along the four sides; in various points along the perimeter formed by these iron rods, elastic cables anchor the screen to the aluminium truss. This system prevents any warping or distortion of the projection surface: the traditional metal rings are but a remote memory. The tensioning can be further personalized through a choice of elastic cable sizes.

The product is sold with a kit of 20 cm elastic cables; kits for special installations are available on demand with 35 and 55 cm cables. In order to optimize the packaging and transportation of the screen, the iron rods to be inserted into the base are always divided into two halves; one-piece rods are also available for the other three sides, depending on the end user’s individual requirements.

Our careful research into materials has led to the creation of extremely robust profiles capable of sustaining a base size of up to 24 m. The screen has been further improved with the inclusion of structural bars every 4 or 5 m, increasing the stability of the inner structure.

FramePro is equipped with a structural aluminium frame whose profile is divided into various parts, for a quick assembly. the novelties concern the projection surface and installation. The former can be front- or rear-mounted, by means of the traditional elastic cables or with press-buttons. The latter takes place via the mounting system integrated in the profile, which conceals the assembly structure (the wall-mounted bracket which is inserted into the rear part of the frame), ensuring complete adherence to the wall. The particularly robust and sturdy angles endow the assembly with extra solidity.
